Although the mock trials are educational and entertaining, their format does not allow for a discussion of alternate approaches. This session provides an opportunity for participants of the two mock trials—Protected In Part Means Fully Exposed and Misrepresentation of Cloud-based Evidence—to engage with the audience and among themselves in a discussion of the issues underlying the mock sessions.
