Due to the growing cyber-threat, many commercial companies are using their cumulative technical sophistication to develop cybersecurity intelligence at a pace that is making the value of government “classified” cybersecurity information increasingly irrelevant. This panel will debate whether this organic intelligence is more valuable than that provided by the government.
