Mr. Carlin will address developments in the U.S. Government’s approach to disrupting national security cyber threats, including sophisticated cyber attacks by state actors and the use of social media and other technology by terrorist groups, including ISIL. He will also focus on the role private companies play in disrupting cyber threats and the benefits of public-private information sharing.
