Cyber conflict is emergent in Middle Eastern rivalry. OSINT reveals exchanges of cyber attacks between regional hackers. Local hacktivists are linked to critical events and profiling of their intentions, web footprint and similarities to other actors suggests nation-state connections. This session will demonstrate how to reveal such patterns on real and current regional case studies.
