An actual case study will be presented with a short discussion about the elements of the eLitigation and the digital evidence used. The attendees will be grouped into a workshop structure and assisted by the panel in making a presentation on their strategy and use of digital data in litigation. The panel will comment on the validity of the workgroup's strategy and use of data.
