Over the decades, we have witnessed serious events that caused the Internet to fail including worms, viruses and most recently Heartbleed. Each time we pull together to address the issue, but don’t delve into how we might escape this repeated break and fix cycle. This keynote gives a glimpse into the history of Internet failures and opens the debate on how we can do better.
