The need to secure smart grid is obvious. After all, who wants hackers to have the ability to easily turn off all power? Recent malware like Stuxnet and Flame that target critical infrastructures are good examples of the looming threat. The challenge is to secure smart grid in a way that can keep up with quickly evolving threats. Attacks are evolving quicker than the security solutions.
