We describe our experiences in implementing Intel’s successful pilot program to utilize the U.S. Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). Applying the CSF proved to be straightforward and low-cost, and yielded some unexpected benefits. We detail the process, organizational and personnel involvement, tools developed and our lessons useful to other organizations interested in also utilizing the CSF.
