The global terrorist movement has spread and evolved in the past several years, becoming more complex and challenging for US officials. Increasingly, terrorist groups, like ISIS and al-Qaida, are looking to build their capabilities to carry out cyberattacks. This session will address these urgent questions: what is the nature of this threat, how is it growing and how should we respond.
