The lack of preparedness of the strategic decision makers in reacting to cyber emergencies has been widely recognized by NATO, EU and other international organizations as one of the key shortcomings in cyber defense. The presentation shall give an overview of recent experiences from Europe and Latin America in conducting high-level strategic decision-making exercises in cyber security.
