Risk management decisions are made every day, yet few decisions apply formal risk analysis. Is this a bad thing or is it adequate to simply understand a few key factors in making good decisions? This session will discuss specific real-world examples of sound risk management decisions being made without use of formal analysis, as well as discuss use cases where formal analysis may be useful.
