Emergency response situations frequently require coordination between federal, state and local jurisdictions and representatives in their role supporting the Federal emergency response/recovery official communities (state, local, Tribal, territorial, critical infrastructure/key resources and private sector). S&T is providing research support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency and states.
