There is a well-known challenge: women in information security face a formidable gender gap for senior leadership positions. Moreover the most recent (ISC)2 study showed the number of women in information security decreased this year over last. This session will focus on what companies can do to take action to increase the engagement, development and advancement of women leaders in our field.
