At no time in history have we had a greater need for cybersecurity experts to protect networks & infrastructures from the global onslaught of organized crime & terrorists. Yet, we seem to have trouble finding the right people to do the job. Solving this crisis may need a complete rethink of how we choose, manage & view security experts and their skills to provide the best possible cyber defenses.
