This learning lab will link security culture and performance, with “hands on” exercises to teach attendees to measure, manage and transform their own security cultures. Through interactive case studies and guided exploration of frameworks, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of security culture and how to transform the cultural maturity and behavioral reliability of their security program.
